Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor launched “National Generic Document Registration System” (NGDRS) software for online registration of documents of immovable property and other documents as prescribed in Registration Act, 1908. Arun Kumar Mehta IAS, Chief Secretary J&K launched the online 'Mutation Module' of Land Records Information System (LRIS) to digitize all those pending mutations registered from the time of digitisation of Jamabandis.
